Anne Frank

Anne Frank was a Jewish girl born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1928. At 13 years old, WWII broke out and she was forced into hiding with her family. Because she was Jewish, the Nazis began rounding up all the Jewish citizens and sending them to concentration camps. Anne is notable for her diary entries during hiding and the place she hid is now a popular museum.
