Why is Anne Frank notable? Annelies Marie Frank was a young Jewish girl born in Frankfurt, Germany in 1929 being the youngest of her family. Anne had one sister called Margot Frank and a mother called Edith Frank. She also had a father who was the person to published Anne's diary. Anne received her diary for her thirteenth birthday and this diary would stay with her for life and be sold over thirty million times and has made over $420000000. This diary is the main reason Anne is so popular now because this diary recorded what she had to do to survive during world war two. But you may be thinking that there were many people who did the same but Anne's story was much different to the rest. It is because her family were hiding from the rest of the world in order to survive. 

 

Finding research on Anne Frank was mediumly hard because most of the times I searched her up it came up with the costs of the diary of a young girl (The diary of Anne Frank) and it made it hard to get information on her instead of her book. But still she is very popular and there are many websites about her. The only problem was some of the websites didn’t have too much deep information and told the same facts as every other one. 

 

Anne Frank's life struggle was surviving the war. The war forced her to hide with her family in an apartment block's attic. The reason is Anne and her family were Jewish and were being hunted by the Nazis. They had limited food every week and weren’t allowed to make noise until midday so this made it hard to communicate to her family. She ended up staying in the secret Annex for seven hundred and sixty one days and along that time four other people started hiding there too making more mouths to feed and less space. 

 

We can call Anne Frank notable because she inspired many people across the world and made people realise that no matter the situation you have to fight through it and you can survive. Anne was struggling for over two years and was unlucky that she was found at the very end of the war. But she died to something she could not stop a disease called Typhus. Anne shows that being strong is the best way of life and sometimes, even if you don’t want to, you have to go out of your comfort zone and take risks. 

 

Anne Frank inspires me and many other people around the world and she taught me that anything is possible if you put your mind to it. She changed the way people think today.
